Local businesses accused of selling alcohol to a minors | Business
HENRY COUNTY, Ill.-Illinois State Police Zone 2/East Moline Agents conducted Alcohol Countermeasure Enforcement (ACE) surveys at various establishments during the evening hours of December 17, 2012 in Henry County, Illinois. The purpose of ACE surveys is to determine which businesses may be selling alcoholic beverages to minors (persons under 21 years of age).
A total number of (8) locations were surveyed in Henry County Illinois. Of those businesses surveyed,
Geniso’s, 249 N. Division Street, Woodhull, IL 61490
Rudy’s Sports Bar & Grill, 117 N. Prospect, Cambridge, IL 61238
Jo Jo’s Convenience Store, 501 N. Main Street, Kewanee, IL 61443
were involved in the sale of alcoholic beverages to a minor. Store employees,
Trevor P. Carlson, age 26, Woodhull, IL 61490
Abagail L. Dobbels, age 23, Lynn Center, IL 61262
April M. Lamb, age 20, Kewanee, IL 61443
were charged with Unlawful Delivery of Alcoholic Liquor to a Minor, a Class A Misdemeanor, and released with a court appearance pending.
