HENRY COUNTY, Ill.-Illinois State Police Zone 2/East Moline Agents conducted Alcohol Countermeasure Enforcement (ACE) surveys at various establishments during the evening hours of January 30, 2013 in Henry County, Illinois. The purpose of ACE surveys is to determine which businesses may be selling alcoholic beverages to minors (persons under 21 years of age).

A total number of (8) locations were surveyed in Henry County Illinois. Of those businesses surveyed,

were involved in the sale of alcoholic beverages to a minor. Store employee,

was arrested for Unlawful Delivery of Alcoholic Liquor to a Minor, a Class A Misdemeanor, and released with a court appearance pending.

The public is reminded that all defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
