Kewanee man takes plea agreement | Crime
CAMBRIDGE, Ill.--Justin Padilla, 35, of Kewanee, pleaded guilty Wednesday to Class 4 possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 33 months in prison, one year mandatory supervised release, court costs and a $140 street value fine.
