Illinois State Police District 7: Alcohol Arrests for October | Crime

EAST MOLINE, Ill.--Illinois State Police District 7, announced today, DUI and alcohol-related enforcement activity for the month of September. Reports indicate that District 7 Troopers arrested and charged the following individuals with DUI, Zero Tolerance, Illegal Consumption/Possession of Alcohol by a Minor, and/or Illegal Delivery of Alcohol to a Person Under the Age of 21:

Henry County

            - 17 Year Old Female (Zero Tolerance and Illegal Consumption)

            - Benjamin W. McAfee, 32, Moline, IL (DUI Alcohol)

            - Clayton J. Riddell, 39, Woodhull, IL (DUI Alcohol, Illegal Trans of Alc)

(The above mentioned individuals have been charged with a crime; however, those charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.)
